What Documentation Do I Need?
|
|
|
When we submit your home loan application to the appropriate lender, there will be supporting documentation that you will be required to provide.
Depending on the type of loan you are applying for and whether or not you have a history with that particualr lender, you may be required to confirm your identity and/or substantiate your income.
Your consultant will be able to provide a more accurate indication of what documents you will need to provide, but they may include the following:
To confirm Identity (100 points ID)
Drivers License
Birth Certificate
Passport
Medicare card number
To confirm Income (Not always required)
Recent payslip's
Tax returns
Bank statements
Rates notices (if you own existing property)
If you are unable to provide sufficient income documentation, there may be other options available to you. Lenders have become more aggresive in their approach to this market and now offer low doc loans, as well as no doc loans. Both of which can be very helpful in obtaining finance, where your income is not able to be verified by supporting documentation.
Please feel free to contact one of our team for any additional information. We would love to hear from you!
